Why we do this
Most local businesses are good at what they do and bad at being found. They pay for a website that nobody visits, or for ads that bring clicks but no calls, and nobody explains why.
We started NexGen Rank to do it differently: focus on the things that actually bring enquiries, explain everything in plain English, and report honestly every month.
Along the way we saw the next problem. Businesses were finally getting leads, then losing them in missed calls, slow replies and forgotten quotes. So we built Lidora CRM to fix that.
